The project is located in the heart of city of Amman in Jordan, the project will accommodate the fine jewelries and fashion retails in Amman, the project built up area is approximate of 60,000 square meters, and it’s designed as an outdoor market.

The scope was full MEP design and supervision for the electromechanical systems, for one hundred retail unit, along with three fine dining restaurants and a hyper market, the MEP services design were assumed to concentrate on having flexible retails MEP provisions to allow each tenant for freedom of choice of fit out MEP design.
