Innovative Food Company Factory

The general factory is located in Sudeer Industrial City in north of Riyadh, KSA. With approximate area of 12,000 square meters. The factory will be the start of supply chain for a well-known Shawerma restaurant outlets “Shawermer” distributed along the kingdom, the facility includes three main areas, Production halls with temperature controlled environment, Cold Rooms, Warehouses and storages area, and Administration area.

The scope was full MEP design for the electromechanical systems, including the following functions:

1. Main equipment and Power house design.
2. Emergency Power Strategy planning.
3. Providing full MEP design services to all production equipment and cold rooms’ equipment.
4. Preparation of complete MEP tender documents.
5. Full Compliance with the authorities’ requirements.
